THE UNDERPRIVILEGED
Medium: Charcoal on 300 gsm sheet
Size: 22 x 15 Inches
Covered with dust from head to toe,
Racing along a street making a row.
Kicking up dirt and wading in puddles,
They’re children always in a middle.
Banging at tin cans, creating a din,
Living such a life...Which makes you pause and think.
They are the underprivileged of our glittering cities.
Who live in such abject poverty?
But do not have time for self-pity Dirty, ragged creatures we call them
Yet they simply remain.
